Justin grew up in the small town of Paris, absolutely loving the small town quirks of everyone knowing everyone. Before real estate, Justin went to school for mechanical engineering. Being a people person, Justin quickly realized that he is not a cubical kind of man. Justin firmly believes that a realtor shouldn't vanish once papers are signed. Q & A With Justin:
WHY DID YOU BECOME A REALTOR®?
I became a Realtor because I absolutely love people, as cheesy as it sounds. Everyone has a story, and each one fascinates me. It’s the people I meet, that I would otherwise not have known, and the life stories they share with me that I adore. Taking ideas of what my clients want and turning them into reality puts a smile on my face.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF SELLING REAL ESTATE?
My favourite part of selling real estate is the absolute joy that each day brings. Being a part of the biggest transaction of clients lives is such a fulfilling feeling that I can't get enough of it. No two days are the same. One day you can be taking first time home buyers house hunting and seeing their faces with what potentially could be theirs, to having clients listing sell and taking them to find something new
WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO TRAVEL?
I enjoy traveling into northern Ontario. We have started renting a cottage every year with a bunch of friends for a week in the summer. As far as traveling out of the country, that is fairly new to me. My fiance and I recently went to Jamaica and I must say that everyone needs to experience it.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BOOKS, MOVIES, SHOWS, BANDS?
I loved reading The Game of Thrones. Being able to let your imagination take over and recreate what you're reading is exciting. Some of the movies I have loved are; 300, neighbours, blade, get him to the Greek and the grinch. As far as tv shows and bands I enjoy watching anything that has a good beat and keeps you watching.
WHAT'S ONE THING MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
There isn't much people don't know about me. I'm an open and honest person. Always trying to be as optimistic as possible. I believe that you have to make yourself happy before you can make other people happy. One thing that most people don't know though is that I don't like cheese. Yes, as silly as that sounds I'm not a fan of it. Sure I'll eat it on pizza and have Kraft dinner. But that's as far as it goes.
